We propose high-precision custom tools designed in-house. The diamond/CBN tools developed specifically for the KIP series are designed and managed by experienced technicians to match your processing requirements. (Note: Tools are not sold individually.) The abrasive grains can be regenerated multiple times through re-electroplating, providing excellent cost performance. With high abrasive grain retention strength, even high-hardness hardened steel can be cut with a depth of approximately 0.1mm in a single pass, depending on the processing conditions.
